Our Team
I provide one-on-one support for individuals and families navigating complex and overwhelming situations, including in developmental services and mental health.
I’ve supported people living with schizophrenia, behavioural challenges, and everyday stress that can feel hard to manage. My approach is trauma-informed, person-centered, and anti-oppressive, focused on helping people feel understood, respected, and supported while building practical skills for daily life.
I’m trained in Safe Management Group (SMG) and bring a calm, steady presence, especially in more intense or uncertain situations.
Earlier in my career, I worked as a foster parent and relief worker, supporting teens who had experienced trauma and behavioural challenges. That experience shaped how I show up, with a focus on patience, consistency, and grounded support.
I’m also known for helping people make sense of complicated systems and processes, while keeping things clear and manageable.
I graduated with honours and am currently in the process of registering with the OCSWSSW as a Registered Social Service Worker (RSSW).

Most of my experience is in behaviour support, crisis situations, and one-on-one support for people who feel overwhelmed or stuck.
I work with individuals navigating ADHD, anxiety, and depression, focusing on practical ways to manage day-to-day life. This work is shaped by my education in social work and psychology, ongoing learning, and real-world experience supporting people both in the field and one-on-one.
My approach is trauma-informed, person-centered, and grounded in real life. I draw from approaches like CBT and DBT in a non-clinical, coaching-focused way, helping people build strategies that actually fit their lives.
I’m trained in Safe Management Group (SMG) and have experience supporting individuals with complex behavioural needs, as well as training staff to provide safe, respectful, and realistic support.
I’m a Registered Social Service Worker (RSSW) and currently completing my Bachelor of Social Work (Indigenous & Mainstream).
