KNAPTON provides practical one-on-one social support to individuals and families navigating everyday challenges, systems, and life transitions. Our work is grounded in real-world experience as Developmental Support Workers (DSWs) and Registered Social Service Workers (RSSWs), supporting people in homes, communities, and day-to-day life. We focus on helping you make sense of what’s going on, build practical skills, and move forward in ways that feel manageable and realistic. While we are not a clinical or medical service and do not provide diagnosis or treatment, we can support you in understanding your situation, building confidence, and connecting with the right services when needed.
